We offer a variety of Incident Command courses for for EMT's, Paramedics, and Firefighters

NIMS 700

This course provides an overview of the National Incident Management System (NIMS). The National Incident Management System defines the comprehensive approach guiding the whole community - all levels of government, nongovernmental organizations (NGO), and the private sector - to work together seamlessly to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from the effects of incidents. The course provides learners with a basic understanding of NIMS concepts, principles, and components.

Incident Command System 100

ICS-100, Introduction to the Incident Command System, introduces responders with the Incident Command System (ICS) and provides the foundation for higher level ICS training. This course describes the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of the Incident Command System. It also describes the relationship between ICS and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

Incident Command System 200

ICS-200 enables responders to operate efficiently and effectively during an incident or event within the Incident Command System (ICS). Focusing on the management of single resources, ICS-200 builds upon knowledge gained from ICS-100 to assist responders who are likely to assume a supervisory position within the Incident Command System.

Incident Command System 300

ICS-300 provides an in-depth focus on the NIMS Incident Command System (ICS) that includes the tools, practices and procedures that are available in ICS to effectively manage emergency incidents or planned local events at a local Type 3 level. Expanding upon ICS-100 and -200, this course ensures that responders understand the basic ICS concepts that allow an incident management organization to expand and contract as needed to fit the incident and maintain its operational effectiveness.
